Privacy policy
Last updated 13 October 2026
This policy says what Antelligen collects when you use it, why, and what you can ask of us.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address and name; when you sign in with GitHub, your GitHub profile and verified email, and the access token that lets the agents work with your repositories, kept encrypted.
- What you give the agents: your messages, your files and projects, and what the agents make.
- Usage and billing: the turns you run, what each cost, the time the agents' computers and GPUs were used, and your balance.
- Technical records: addresses, browser details and logs, kept to run the Service, keep it secure and fix faults.
Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers.
How we use it
To run the Service for you, to bill what you used, to keep the Service and its users safe from abuse, to answer you when you write to us, and to make the Service more reliable. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who it goes to
- The model you choose: the parts of your messages and files that a turn needs, so that the model can answer.
- Our infrastructure providers: the companies whose servers, GPUs and storage the agents' computers and your files run on.
- Our payment processor, and GitHub when you connect it.
- The authorities, when the law requires it.
Secrets
A key or a password an agent meets is kept in a strongbox. The model is shown a name for it, never the secret.
Security
Everything travels encrypted. Your files in storage are sealed with your account's own key, and each agent works on a computer of its own, walled off from others.
How long we keep it
Your account and your projects are kept while your account is open; a project you delete is removed. Technical records are kept for a limited time. You can ask us to delete your account and what it holds.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data. The website uses no advertising cookies; the Service sets a cookie to keep you signed in.
Children
The Service is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will post changes to this policy here and change the date at the top.
