Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Antelligen ("we", "us") about your use of Antelligen: the AI agents, the cloud computers they work on, GPUs, deployment and the websites at antelligen.com, antelligen.ai and api.antelligen.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in with GitHub or with your email address. Keep your sign-in safe: you are responsible for what is done with your account. You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live. One account is for one person; a team can share work through a team account.

Using the Service

You give the agents instructions; they act on your behalf inside your project and on the computer given to them. AI can make mistakes. Review what the agents do and what they report before you rely on it, especially for anything important.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service, or let its agents be used, to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual property and privacy;
• gain access to systems, accounts or data without permission, or scan or attack networks;
• create or spread malware, spam or deceptive content, or impersonate others;
• mine cryptocurrency, or run open proxies or services that hide others' activity;
• create or share material that sexualises minors or promotes violence against people;
• get around the Service's limits, security or billing, or resell access without our written permission.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities.

Your content

Your projects, your files and what the agents make for you are yours. You give us the permission we need to run the Service for you: to store them, to process them on our computers and to send the parts a turn needs to the model you chose. We do not sell your content.

Payment

The Service is paid as you go from a balance in US dollars. Model calls, the agents' computer time and GPU time are charged at the prices the Service shows; every turn shows what it cost. Prices can change; a new price is shown before you use it. Taxes may apply. If you close your account, write to us about any balance left.

Other services

The Service relies on others to work: the providers of the AI models you choose, the providers of the servers and GPUs the agents work on, storage, payment processing and GitHub when you connect it. Their own terms may apply to what they provide.

Changes and availability

We keep improving the Service, so features may change or be retired. We work to keep it available, but we cannot promise it will always be without interruption or error.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it arose.

Ending

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or do not pay for what you used.

Changes to these terms

We will post changes here and change the date at the top. If a change matters, we will tell you in the Service. Using the Service after a change means you accept it.
